Recall Visits

    We believe in the importance of regular preventive dental health care. We schedule your next periodic check-up appointment with you at the time of your cleaning. If you have not scheduled your regular follow-up visit, we will call you or send you a written  reminder. Please call our office for an appointment.When you return for your recall visit, please advise the receptionist of any changes in address, telephone, insurance coverage, or medical history.

 

    We strive to offer the best dental care around. We use the best materials, and work with excellent labs. We will work with you to make sure that what we offer is a good value for you. We will help you maximize your insurance benefits for the treatment Dr. Ciccone recommends. We also will offer a professional courtesy of 5% when you pay in full, with a check or with cash, for any treatment over $1000.  We also accept most major credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover and american express).

    We also do participate in the Delta Dental Premier network. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us- either Abby or Janice will be able to help you.

    We have recently started working with Care Credit. Through Care Credit we are able to offer our patients another way to help cover your out of pocket costs.
