Our office hours are by appointment. This provides the most convenient and best service for you. We realize that your time is valuable and strive to stay on schedule. In return, we expect equal consideration in keeping appointments. If for some reason an appointment cannot be kept, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that other patients can utilize that time. There is a fee for broken appointments without twenty-four hour notification.

Recall Visits We believe in the importance of regular preventive dental health care. We schedule your next periodic check-up appointment with you at the time of your cleaning. If you have not scheduled your regular follow-up visit, we will call you or send you a written reminder. Please call our office for an appointment. And, when you return for your recall visit, please advise the receptionist of any changes in address, telephone, insurance coverage, or medical history.
Fees & Payment Policies Our primary focus is preservation of your dental health. A sincere effort is made to keep down the cost of your dental care. For this reason, we ask that you pay for office visits and treatments at the time they are rendered. If your treatment will require several visits, you will be informed of the estimated cost of services so that some form of financial arrangement can be made. To assist you in this, several options are available for your convenience:
Our fees for professional services are consistent with those of other offices in the community which emphasize prevention and high-quality care. We will always be happy to discuss our fees with you.
Insurance As a courtesy to you, we will be happy to submit your insurance claims. However, please remember the ultimate responsibility for payment of your account rests with you, regardless of what the insurance company will pay. Keep in mind that your employer chooses a type of plan which may provide some benefits. Not all procedures are covered, and those that are covered, are often at a percentage of our office fee. Whenever possible, we try to estimate the amount that the insurance company will pay so that you can handle your financial obligation when treatment is rendered. |
